The signing ceremony was honored by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Dr. Jitendra Singh, Honorable Minister of State at the Prime Minister’s Office, overseeing the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Department of Science and Technology, Department of Atomic Energy, and Department of Space. In attendance also were Prasanna Prabhu, the energetic Chairman of The Art of Living Social Projects, and Dr. R. Balasubramaniam , Honorary Member - Human Resources, Capacity Development Authority.

Their courses, which encompass areas such as leadership development, stress management, self-improvement, and fundamental life skills, have been designed for every level within the managerial ranks, from Group A through Group C employees and officials.
